She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellie McCarthy (Thompson) and David Elvin McCarthy; her husband George A. Robinson; and her siblings, Maxine McCarthy Mace, Thomas Elvin McCarthy, Marion Thompson McCarthy and David Dale McCarthy.
She is survived by: her daughter Phyllis Yvonne; and her sister Barbara Nell McCarthy of Loveland, CO. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
Consistent with her wishes, her body was donated to the University of Kansas School of Medicine for medical research.
