She is survived by: her friend Marcia; her husband Dennis Simmons of Odessa, MO; her sons, Matthew Stuart Simmons of Columbia, MO and Charles Chester Simmons of Blue Springs, MO; and her sister Linda McConnell (Leo Kallenberger) of Kansas City, MO. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
