He is survived by: his parents, Justin Hartzell and Kimberly Forkell (Clarence); his sisters, Courtney Loebsack (Kirk) and Samantha Mullin; his stepbrother Ryan Forkell of Manhattan, KS.; his grandmother Carolyn Stimelsky (Bill Parker); his aunt Jennifer LeBlanc; and his cousin Jalil.
