He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Herbert R. Pennington and Sylvia Pennington (Wylie); his sister Mary Parrent; his half-brother Clifford Pennington; his brother-in-law Russell Parrent of Fairfield, IL; and his children, Sylvia (Steve White), Nancy (Burney Miller), Don (Vickie Pennington) and Jim (Valerie Pennington). He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
