He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar G. Dennis and Birdie Lee Dennis (Rudd); his wives, Virginia Sue Butler and Louise Ehlert (Griffey); his children, Annie Sue Dennis and Baby Dennis; his stepson Ray Ehlert (Sandy); his son-in-law Tim Meador; his granddaughter Victoria Dooling; and his brothers, Ray Dennis, James Kenneth Dennis, Lawrence Dennis, Donald Dennis and Charles Wayne Dennis.
He is survived by: his friend Glenn; his daughters, Linda Dooling (Doug) of Odessa, MO and Cindy Crider (Dan) of Odessa, MO; his stepchildren, Rosalyn Ehlert of Odessa, MO, Donna Ehlert of Odessa, MO and Johnny Ehlert of Odessa, MO; his grandchildren, Greg Meador (Chelsea) of Columbia, MO, Chrissy Everett (Scott) of Hillsboro, MO and Elzabeth Meador of Odessa, MO; his sister Alice Stever of Topeka, KS; and his cousin Virgil Rudd of Independence, MO. He is also survived by many step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Memorials are suggested to the Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church.
