He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Louis Wilbur and Nina Waggoner (Kimmons); his wife Evelyn Lina (Hartz); his children, Kimberly Drummond of Wellington, MO and Troy Waggoner of Odessa, MO; his grandchildren, Dakota Waggoner, Andrew Michael Martinez, Jessica Garton and Tyler Garton; and his siblings, Frank, Bill Waggoner and Vivian Waggoner.
