She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Douglas, Sr. and Genevieve Josephine King (Theuerkauf); her husband Maurice Lavern Wood; her son Gary Dale Wood; and her siblings, Carl, Fred King, Jr., Juanita Garnett and Mary Jane Garber.
She is survived by : her children, Freddie Wood (Jean) of Plattsburg, MO, Kenneth Wood (Terri) of Independence, MO, Lyle Wood (Margaret) of Muskegon, MI, Karen Blair (Robert) of Clinton, MO and Glen Wood (Connie) of Springfield, MO; her sister Carol Hawkins (Howard) of Kansas City, MO; and her sister-in-law Dusty King of Liberty, MO. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty-four great grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren; and many step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
