She was predeceased by: her husband Loren Horace Hobbs; her son Doug (Patti); and her siblings, Louie Jane "Sis" Laun, Doyle "Jack" Tye, Joel "Joe" Tye, John "Leroy" Tye and James "Jim" Tye.

She is survived by: her son Mike Hobbs (Jane); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Dennis (Devin), Stacy Dixon (Mike), Michael Hobbs (Karen), Kevin Hobbs (Sarra), Sara Harrell (Josh) and Matt Hobbs (Dana); and her sister Oza "Sue" Miller. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church of Odessa.
