He is survived by : his wife Judith Ann Hendrix; his friends, Don, Tigers of Missouri and Chiefs; his children, Kelly Jesse (Scott) of Smithville, MO, Mike Slater (Sharon) of Oak Grove, MO, Robin Slater, Paul Slater (Kimberly) of Dallas, TX and Sarah Barker (Brent) of Billings, MO; his grandchildren, Jessica, Samantha, Corissa, Laura, Whitney, Claudia, Melissa, Hannah, Katelynn, Johnathon and Nicholas; and his siblings, Chuck Slater (Lynne) of Yuma, AZ and Florence Slater of Yuma, AZ.. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
