She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Purdy and Chloe Purdy (Middleton); her husband William "Bill" Samuel Millican, Jr.; her son Timothy Millican; and her brothers, Homer "Junior" Purdy and Donald Hetler.
She is survived by: her son Tony Millican (Bobbie) of Odessa, MO; and her daughter-in-law Sandy Millican of Grain Valley, MO. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
