He is survived by : his wife Vicki Elizabeth Dear; his friend Spot; his brother Pete Vorwork (Vicky) of Odessa, MO; his children, Jamie Limback (Shalimar Loveall) of Odessa, MO, Joshua Limback of Odessa, MO and Trina Fulks of Independence, MO; his grandsons, Cody Fulks, Dylan Fulks and Bryce Limback; and also Vicki Vorwork (Dear) of Odessa, MO.
