He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe R. Clemens and Anna L. Clemens (Halterman); his wife Ruby "Judy" Jewel Clemens; and his son Clifford Clemens. He is survived by: his children, Elaine "Dodie" Busby of Odessa, MO, Debra "Debbie" Allen of Odessa, MO and Brad Clemens of Odessa, MO. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
