She was predeceased by : her husband Roland C. Frank; and her siblings, Arlo, Harley, Orland, Dale, Lowell, Gale Shumaker, Effie Dillon, Ila Klaiss, Lila Carroll and Velma Janousek.
She is survived by : her children, Mark Kevin Frank (Heather) of Oak Grove, MO and Shelly Denise Frank; and her grandchildren, Briana and Aaron Frank. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
