He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Charles Lee and Una Marie Sparks (McNeal); his wife Shirley Sparks of Odessa, MO; and his children, Charles "Charlie" Kenneth Sparks, Jr. of Odessa, MO, Danny Sparks (Happy) of Bates City, MO, David Sparks (Mary Lou) of Blue Springs, MO, Cindy Watt (Steve) of Oak Grove, MO, Jeanne Sparks of Odessa, MO and Johnny Sparks (Tamara) of Odessa, MO. He was also cherished by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Ascend Hospice.
