It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Lou Eggert of Odessa, Missouri, born in Fort Sumner, New Mexico, who passed away on June 2, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Aylor Duncan and Irma Duncan (Mason); her siblings, James Duncan and Annabelle Duncan; and her great grandchild Cora Padilla.

She is survived by: her spouse Glenn Delbert Eggert; her children, Betty "Denise" Elefson (Alan) of Lamoni, IA, Ron Eggert (Melanie) of Oak Grove, MO, Steve Eggert (Brenda) of Lee's Summit, MO, Kevin Eggert of Odessa, MO, Michael Eggert of Odessa, MO and Thirteen; her grandchildren, Micah Elefson (Becky), Michelle Padilla, Mariah Smith (David), Marianne Elefson, David Eggert (Kari), Melissa Kidwell (Mike), Johnathon Eggert (Tausha), Alisha Eggert, Cody Eggert, Aiden Eggert, Jacob Eggert (Terri), Rachel Miller (Ryan) and Zach Eggert (Hannah); her sisters, Irma Ray, Dorothy Franks and Mary Todd; and her sister-in-law Ruth Duncan.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Odessa Restoration Branch or Kansas City Hospice.
