He was predeceased by : his parents, William Arthur and Effie Alice Specker (Westerhold); and his siblings, William, Everette, Aaron, Ora, Carl Lee Specker, Margaret Tye and Helen Adamson.
He is survived by : his wife Chris Specker (Townsend) of Holden, MO; and his children, Rodney Thomas (Cheryl) of San Antonio, TX, Sarah Hagy (David) of Houston, TX and Patrick Stokes (Theresa) of Beaumont, TX. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
