She is survived by: her husband Paul Simmons; her brother Edward (Ed); her sister-in-law Carolyn Seets; her children, Kathy Conway (Paul), Russell Simmons (Pam Berryhill), Chris Smith (Rick), Kelly LeMay (Kent) and Erik Simmons (Amy); her grandchildren, Shawn Conway (Megan), AnnDrea Starner (Joey), Hayley Chladny (Paul), Kyle Simmons (Anna), Kelsey McLean (Andrew), Daniel LeMay (Casey), Allyson Simmons, Alana Simmons (Jerek) and Gabriel Simmons; and her great grandchildren, Tucker Starner, Brooks Conway, Hudson Chladny and Easton Conway.
