She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Ahrens of Oak Ridge and Jamie Girard (Casey Kennedy) of Oak Ridge; her grandchildren, Alex Ahrens, Isabelle Girard, Dakota Girard and Kally Hubbard; her sister Inez Hobeck of Jackson; and her sisters-in-law, Laverne Ahrens (late George) of Oak Ridge, Shelby Ahrens (late Paul) of Friedheim, Peggy Ahrens (late Robert "R. C.") of Freidheim and Helen Girard (late Harold) of Marshall, Missouri..
