He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Andrew and Alice Franek Rehak; and his siblings, Donald Edward Rehak, Wilfred Delmer Rehak, Virgil Leroy Rehak and Valesta Marie Hokins.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Ann Metheny; his children, Edward William Rehak (Stephanie), William Eugene Rehak (Amanda Greenhill) and Frances Alicia Jenkins (Robert); and his grandchildren, William Jenkins and Leah Greenhill Rehak.
