He is survived by: his spouse Dorothy Mansil; his children, Sally Owens (Wiley) of Smithville, MO, Alicia Taylor of St. Joseph, MO, Charles (Amy) of Smithville, MO and Keith (Amber) of Smithville, MO; and his siblings, Bob Layton, Tom Layton, Edward Layton, Nancy Shader, Peggy Jackson, Mary Davison and Jeanne Albright.
