It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lester T Sladek Sr. of Oak Ridge, Missouri, who passed away on September 8, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Sladek and Marie Dulin Sladek; his wife Joan Marion Truska; and his brother Charles Edward Sladek. He is survived by: his children, Pauline Niswonger, Susan Weisbrod (Dale), Charles Sladek (Alejandrina), Marie Vitek (late Arnold), Lester Sladek, Jr. (Dyuna), Thomas Sladek (Tammy) and Elizabeth Sladek. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Crossroad Church in Jackson or the charity of your choice.
