He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Sladek and Marie Dulin Sladek; his wife Joan Marion Truska; and his brother Charles Edward Sladek. He is survived by: his children, Pauline Niswonger, Susan Weisbrod (Dale), Charles Sladek (Alejandrina), Marie Vitek (late Arnold), Lester Sladek, Jr. (Dyuna), Thomas Sladek (Tammy) and Elizabeth Sladek. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.
