She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Woodrow Crites and Jo Ellen Crites (Shelby); her daughter Deborah Fall Myers (Byrd); her husband Jack Byrd of Oak Ridge; her granddaughter Hilah Owen (Sherman); her great grandchild Kysen Zahner; and her brother Wilson Crites (Marti) of Jacksonville, Florida..
She is survived by: her daughters, Carole Patrice Sherman (Byrd), Lisa Lyn Crites (Byrd) and Lucy Lee Meyer (Byrd); her grandchildren, Jennifer Dennis (John), Summer Aufdenberg (Scott), Benjamin Sherman (Stephanie), Abigail Whitsitt (Joe), Jason Sherman (Lena), Leah Ford (Steven), Lauren Zahner (Sam), Madison Crites and Taylor Schubert (Tyke); her great grandchildren, Samuel, Colton, Allie, Isabella, Hudson, Nile, Emelia, Josephine, Noelle, Beaumin, Caden, Samantha, Evelyn, Ethan, Naidene, James, Sophia, Lucas and Haylee of Levi, T. J.; and her brother Mitchell Crites (Nilou) of New Delhi, India.
