He was predeceased by: his parents, George Frasher and Katherine McIntyre Frasher; his son James Frasher; and his sisters, Helen Frasher and Lucille Kuefel (William).

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hailey Frasher; his children, Cindy Darling (Vernon) of Napoleon, MO and David Frasher (Gianina) of Oak Grove, MO; his grandchildren, Jackson Herbst (Laura), Tessa Burgher (Alex) and Mila Frasher; and his great grandchildren, Jonah and Eva Burgher.
