He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas E. Middleton and Frances E. Middleton (Goutier); his wife Becky Middleton; and his children, Joshua Berry (Autumn), Jamie Behrmann, Jessica Clymore (David), Jacob Ogden (Maddy) and Jennifer Woodell (Kevin). He was also cherished by three sons; ten grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Community Services League in Oak Grove or the All Pets Brigade.
