He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lincoln Forsyth and Myrtle Elizabeth Forsyth; and his sister Carolyn Sue Crites. He is survived by: his wife Patti; his children, Lori Tobin (Scott) and Christopher Forsyth (Danyel); his stepchildren, Tammie White (Mike), Cindy Bass and Donnie Bass (Missy); and his brothers, William Forsyth and Larry Forsyth (Petrina). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren.
