West of Oak Grove, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on September 29, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. West of Oak Grove; her grandchildren, Chloey and Montgomery; her mother Florene Blair (Neill) of Independence, MO; and her siblings, Paul Blair (Cindy) of Buffalo, MO, Mark Blair (Kathy) of Oak Grove, Peggy O'Hare (Perry) of Oak Grove and Dustin Blair of Independence.
