It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott A. Ackerman of Oak Grove, Missouri, born in Independence, Missouri, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Patty Jo Ackerman (Simmons); his brother Jay Ackerman; his grandmother Beulah Simmons; and his brother-in-law Mike Erwin. He is survived by: his father Jerald Dean Ackerman Sr.; his wife Christy; his sons, Seth and Jace; and his sister Angie Erwin.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Royer Funeral Home (100 Royer Ln, Grain Valley, MO 64029).
