She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Goold and Ann Goold; and her nephew Chad Goold. She is survived by: her husband Edward Russell Cusick; her children, Edward Russell Cusick, Jr. (Wendy), Randy Cusick (Julie) and Wendy Alley (Tony); her grandchildren, Colby Cusick, Chris Alley, Jordan Alley and Logan Cusick; her brother Jack Goold, Jr. (Jane); her sister-in-law June Kulhman (Don); her nieces, Kelly Fleming and Alicia Large; and her nephew Derek Kulhman.
