He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Perry. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Perry; his son Clifton Perry (Heather) of Blue Springs, MO; his mother Betty Perry of Oak Grove; his brother Daryl Perry (Anne) of Shawnee, KS; and his grandchildren, Phoebe and Phoenix Perry.
