He was predeceased by: his parents, Jinkurō Nonaka and Takano Nonaka. He is survived by: his children, Angela Miyuki and Aaron Hiromi Nonaka (Michelle); his grandchildren, Danielle Mitsuki Aloi (Tommy), Tori Michie Nonaka, Brenna Miyuki Nonaka, Shawn Hiromi Reed Nonaka and Brendan Hiromi Nonaka; his great grandchildren, Thomas and Liliana Mika Aloi; and his sister Clara McCollum. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
