He was predeceased by: his sister Joy Long; his parents-in-law, J. D. Arnold and JoAnn Arnold; and his brother-in-law Jay "Jaybird" Arnold. He is survived by: his wife Cinda Arnold; his children, Steven Shrout (Melinda), Luke Shrout (Jess) and Emily Shrout; his sister Sharon Pragman; his sisters-in-law, Linda Arnold and Brenda Arnold; and his grandchildren, Glorianna, Jackson, Ella, Trenton, Annalisa, Levi, Lucy and Harper.
