With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melvin W. Sanders of Oak Grove, Missouri, born in Alma, Missouri, who passed away on January 30, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin W. Sanders and Leona Sanders (Elliott); his siblings, Dale, Roger Sanders and Cheryl Sanders; and his brother-in-law Bob Warren.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Sanders; his sons, Chris Sanders (Rachael) of Oak Grove, MO and Alan Sanders (Gabriella) of Lee's Summit, MO; his grandsons, Cody, Morgan, Jake and Cooper; his siblings, Joyce Langkrahr of Concordia, MO and Jerry Sanders of Independence, MO; and his sister-in-law Lois Warren of Blue Springs, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Boy Scout Troop 266 ℅ Dorothy Sanders.
