She is survived by: her son William Kent Hoffman (Jennifer Hoffman) of Oak Grove; her grandson Clayton Hoffman (Brittney Hoffman); and her great grandchildren, Avery of Oak Grove, Theo of Oak Grove, Alexis Hoffman of Oak Grove and Miles Hoffman of Oak Grove.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
