He is survived by: his children, Kendra Johnson (Chris) of Oak Grove, MO and Eric O'Donnell (Danielle) of Blue Springs, MO; his grandchildren, Alex Johnson (Jenna Nuckolls), Sydney Johnson (Christian Zimmerschied) and Peyton O'Donnell (Kailyn); and his sister Betty Lewis of Lee's Summit, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
