He is survived by: his parents, Jeremy Dean and Jessica Dean; his siblings, Michael Dean and Megan Dean; his grandparents, Richard Nichols (Tracy), Pam Conley (Randy), Cathy Meadows (Mike) of Goddard, KS and Terry Dean (Selma) of Ashland, KY; and his great-grandparents, Don McCarty of Greenup, KY, Wanda McCarty of Greenup, KY and Yvonne Kirk (Don) of Ashland, KY. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
