She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Trammell and Leonard Trammell; and her siblings, Geryl Lee Trammell (Herman Provin) and Geraldine Kimbel (Vernon Jett). She is survived by: her husband Herman Provin; her stepson Douglas Grant Jett Sr. (Sheila); her grandson Grant Jett; her brother Henry Trammel; her nieces, Esta Sue Pearson of Dixon, CA and Denise Gregg; her friend Debra Sanning of Lees Summit, MO; and also Donna Jett.
Leah has requested in lieu of flowers that donations be made to St Jude Children's Hospital.
