She is survived by: her husband Donald Butler; her daughters, Debi (Leon Stapleton), Pam (Donnie Brant) and Beth (Leonard Ketterman); and her grandchildren, Chris, Bridgette, Jason, Ryan, Gene, Kody, Calem, Sasha and Josiah. She is also survived by spouses and 17 great grandchildren.
