She was predeceased by: her father Donald E. Smith. She is survived by: her mother Carol Jane Smith (Cline) of Independence, MO; her children, Morgan Baltzer and Matthew Baltzer (Kayla Oglesby); her granddaughter Mia Melton; her sister Jodi Hawley (Max) of Independence, MO; and her nieces, Kelsey Yates, Alyssa Smith, Corissa Leutzinger and Savannah Hawley-Bates.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the South Crysler Restoration Branch (16101 E Salisbury Rd, Independence, MO 64050).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations in her name to Answering the Call, The Jennifer Baltzer Fund care of any Safety Credit Union.
