With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Galen A. Drinkwater of Oak Grove, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 5, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Galen may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald William and Julia Lou Drinkwater (Clampitt); and her sisters, Donna Lou Drinkwater-House and Teresa Sudduth. She is survived by: her siblings, Bill Drinkwater (Bami) of Blue Springs, MO, Harold Sudduth (Wendy) of Rhinelander, WI, Steve Drinkwater of Lee's Summit, MO, Sue Jones (Welby) of Lee's Summit, MO and Kay Cangelose of Raytown, MO; and her stepmother Dorothy Drinkwater of Lee's Summit. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
