She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor A. Smishek and Phyllis J. Smishek (Huerth); her husband Charles C. Dismang; her brother James Smishek; and her stepfather Ralph Kipers.
She is survived by: her pet Therapy; her daughter Judith Rice (Richard) of Warsaw, MO; and her siblings, Donnie Simshek (Brenda) of Conway, MO, JoAnn Jackson (Ronald) of Lebanon, MO and Shirley Kennedy. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren, as well as her very best friend and "sister".
