With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecil O. Soper of Oak Grove, Missouri, born in Alpena, Michigan, who passed away on March 13, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Soper and Lula Soper (Oliver); his siblings, Alice and Ted; and his grandsons, Nephi Soper and Joshua Fitzpatrick.

He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Soper, Pamela Soper and Rogina Johnson (Soper). He is also survived by his wife, children, 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, a daughter-in-law, and a son-in-law.
