He was predeceased by: his father Richard Smith; and his uncles, Warren, Raymond and Christopher Smith. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Smith (Kreisel); his daughter Samantha (Nathan Fisher); and his brother Christopher Warren Smith. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, and cousins.
