She is survived by: her former spouse Russell Phillips; her husband Bill Bland; her son Russell Eugene Phillips (Debra) of Edina, MO; her grandchildren, Jeremy ElSaid (Jami), Taliena Fawcett (Billy), Nathan Gammons (Kate), John Phillips, Hananh Phillips and Abigail Phillips; her great grandchildren, Saraphina, Zoi, Christine, Angela, Gunner, Remington, Ashley, Caroline and Jocelyn; her sister Florence Waddell of Blue Grass, Iowa; her nephew Johnny; her nieces, Rosebell and Julie; and her cousin Linda. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
