It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cohen Lee Walters of Novinger, Missouri, born in Kirksville, Missouri, who passed away on April 15, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cohen Richard and Dorothy Eugenia Walters (Hocker). He is survived by: his wife Twila Walters (Dodsworth); his sons, Richard Lee Walters (Karla) of Blue Creek, Belize and Lonny Lane Walters (Nichelle) of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Nicole, Desiree, Leandra, Jonathan, Roselita, Ty, Trace Walters and Everett Frady of Kirksville, MO; his sisters-in-law, Anna Marie Dodsworth of Delta, CO, Wilma Dodsworth of Kirksville, MO and Lorena Suman of Defiance, OH; and also Lujean McCollum of West Helena, AR. He is also survived by nephews, one niece.
He lived life to the fullest even after being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease 30 years ago.
