He was predeceased by: his brothers-in-law, Jamie Pflum and Paul Jay Fountain; his pet Zookie; and his parents, Curtis Childers (Buckshot) and Joan Childers (Booth).
He is survived by: his sisters, Pam Pflum of Gibbs, MO and Tise Frazier of Kirksville, MO; his nephew Willie Pflum of Gibbs, MO; and his nieces, Brandy Pflum of Gibbs, MO, Heather Halley (Tyson) of Novinger, MO, Jasmine Woolston (Travis) of Kansas City, MO and Jaydon Heuer (Travis) of Kirksville, MO. He is also survived by ten Great Nephews and three Great Nieces.
