He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Roewe and Reka Roewe (Bueker); and his sisters, Gladys Corder and Darlene Wilmsmeyer. He is survived by: his children, Austin Roewe (Nicki) of Indianapolis, Steven Nelson (Dana) of Kirksville, Charlette Heyer (Mark) of Columbia, Cherie Roewe of Aurora and Cristina Nelson of Columbia; and his siblings, Melvin Roewe (Helen) of New Haven and Arlene Pettig of Macon. He is also survived by grandchildren; one great grandchild on the way, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Leroy's honor to the Lippstadt Cemetery.
