He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Moore and Cleo Moore (Dugger); and his siblings, Jackie Duane Moore, Diana Kay Sartor, Joyce Faye Edwards and Janice May Hicks.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Moore; his sons, Michael Moore (Chanda) of Cabool and Steven Moore of Norwood; his grandchildren, Hannah Unger (Braden) of Norwood, Ethan Moore (Madison) of Ozark, Elijah Moore (Allyssa) of Tucson, Micah Moore of Nixa, Shelbi Moore of Cabool and Skylar McKee of Las Vegas; his great grandchildren, Blythe, Jasper, Owen, Hudson and Levi; his brother Terry Moore (Linda) of Mountain Grove; and his brother-in-law Bret Edwards of Mountain Grove. He is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
