He was predeceased by : his parents, Norvell Nels and Norma Rose Allen (Miller); his brother Robert Allen; and his aunts and uncles, Bob Allen of Graff, Lester Allen of Mansfield, Jess Allen of Norwood, Gene Allen of Mansfield, Emmet Allen, Egbert Allen, Walter Miller of Mansfield, Missouri, Trish, Mildred, Alda, Nell Fern and Joyce Miller.
He is survived by : his wife Dellora; his children, Jesse Allen (Karen), Rose Mary Dennis (Scott), Marlana Allen and Serena Allen; and his siblings, Rex Allen (Bonnie), Norman Allen (Sharon) and Alice Emerson (Ralph) of Oklahoma. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
