He was predeceased by : his parents, Billie Joe and Jacqueline Elaine Kelley (Miller); his brother Rodney Allen Kelley; and his mother-in-law Wilma. He is survived by : his wife Rachel Sparbel; his daughters, Brandi Kelley and Morgan Kelley; his brother Verrell Kelley of Seymour; and his nephews, Matt Kelley (Jackie) of Mansfield and Brandon Kelley (Ashley) of Seymour. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.
