He was predeceased by : his father Larry Sprague; and his cousin Tommy Sprague. He is survived by : his mother Emogene Sprague (Dobbs); his former life partner Sue Bergeron; his daughter-in-law Tami Herbert; his wife Tami Sprague; his children, Jack A Sprague, Jr. and Amanda Johnson; his brothers, Thomas Sprague and Larry Sprague Jr.; and his stepchildren, Andrew, Nikki and Christian. He is also survived by two grandchildren and eleven step-grandchildren whom he adored, and other relatives and friends.
